How It Works
1. Refer
Submit your referral through the Employee Referral Portal before they apply. You’ll need to log in through Greenhouse or access the form through Paylocity Self-Service. Need help? Email us.
2. We Contact Your Referral
Our Talent Acquisition team connects with your referral and manages the hiring process.
3. Get Rewarded
If your referral is hired and meets program requirements, you may be eligible to receive a referral award.
Referral Rewards
Referral bonuses are paid within six months of the candidate’s hire date.

Who Can Participate
Referral awards are available to:
- VetEvolve W-2 employees
- Consistent workers
- Approved VetEvolve student ambassadors
A separate Finder’s Fee structure applies to VetEvolve supporters (e.g., former employees, externs, vendors, or contract/relief workers).
Refer Anywhere in the VetEvolve Network
You’re not limited to your own hospital—refer great people to any VetEvolve location or region.

FAQs
Do I need to submit the referral before they apply?
Yes! Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies or begins the interview process to be eligible for a referral bonus.
What if my referral already applied?
Unfortunately, referrals submitted after a candidate has already applied or started the interview process are not eligible.
When will I receive my referral bonus?
Referral bonuses are paid within 6 months of the candidate’s hire date, once all program requirements are met.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No—there’s no limit. You can refer as many qualified candidates as you’d like.
Can I refer someone to a different VetEvolve location?
Yes! You can refer candidates to any VetEvolve hospital or region.
