## How It Works

### 1. Refer

Submit your referral to [talent@vetevolve.com](mailto:talent@vetevolve.com) with full name and email of candidate being referred as well as interested location and role.

### 2. Connect

Our Talent Acquisition team connects with your referral and manages the hiring process.

### 3. Get Rewarded

If your referral is hired and meets program requirements, you may be eligible to receive a referral award.

## Referral Rewards

 Referral bonuses are paid after six months of the candidate’s hire date.

| **Specialty/ER DVM – PT** | $7,500 | $3,750 |
| **Practice Manager** | $1,500 | $1,000 |
| **Licensed/Unlicensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/VT)** | $1,500 | $1,000 |
| **Veterinary Assistant (VA)** | $750 | $500 |
| **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** | $500 | $500 |
| **VetEvolve Holdings** | $500 | $500 |

 

 

## **Who Can Participate**

Referral awards are available to:

- VetEvolve W-2 employees
- Consistent workers
- Approved VetEvolve student ambassadors

A separate Finder’s Fee structure applies to VetEvolve supporters (e.g., former employees, externs, vendors, or contract/relief workers).

## FAQs

### **Do I need to submit the referral before they apply?**

Yes! Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies or begins the interview process to be eligible for a referral bonus.

### **What if my referral already applied?**

Unfortunately, referrals submitted after a candidate has already applied or started the interview process are not eligible.

### **When will I receive my referral bonus?**

Referral bonuses are paid after 6 months of the candidate’s hire date, once all program requirements are met.

### **Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?**

No—there’s no limit. You can refer as many qualified candidates as you’d like.

### Can Practice Managers receive a referral bonus for candidates at their own practice?

Practice Managers are not eligible to receive referral bonuses for candidates referred to positions within their own practice. However, Practice Managers may refer qualified candidates to other VetEvolve hospitals or regions and remain eligible for a referral bonus, provided all other program requirements are met.

### **Can I refer someone to a different VetEvolve location?**
